STEM CELL BASICS
Most of the 300 trillion cells that make up the human body are fully specialized for particular functions in organs such as the heart or the brain, or in tissues like muscle, fat and bone. Others play a supply or defensive role in the blood or immune system. Each cell type has a specific lifespan and function, which is dependent on the desired activity of the cell. Some cells are replaced; others live for the duration of a person’s life. For example, blood cells only live for a few weeks, and are replaced at a rate of several billion each day, whereas brain cells, may last a lifetime. Stem Cells are the foundation of normal growth and development of any organism and serve as a biological repair system for the body.
Stem Cells, the “building blocks” of the body, have the remarkable potential to develop into many different cell types. Serving as a repair system for the body, they can theoretically divide without limit to replenish other cells. When a stem cell divides, each new cell has the potential to either remain a stem cell or become another type of cell with a more specialized function, such as a muscle cell, a red blood cell, a nerve cell, a heart cell or a brain cell, just to mention a few. Stem Cells are the body’s master cells and differ from other kinds of cells in the body.
All stem cells regardless of their source have three general properties: Stem Cells are capable of dividing and renewing themselves for long periods through cell division and contribute to the body’s ability to renew and repair its tissues.
Stem Cells remain unspecialized until a signal from the body tells them to develop into specific cells like a heart, nerve, or skin cell. Stem Cells can develop, or “differentiate” to become cells with more specialized functions. With this therapy comes a breakthrough in Regenerative Medicine because the microcirculation of the whole body is improved after the procedure, giving the brain an increase in oxygen; therefore, the patient becomes more alert with a better memory process. This brings a preventative effect, improving degeneration in the certain areas of the brain that are seen especially in Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and senile dementia.
Understanding ZandCell Regenerate stem cell therapy
Implant
The stem cells are extracted from human placenta after the full term birth of a healthy baby who has been delivered by a Cesarean operation. This ensures that the placental tissue is
not contaminated in the birth canal. The placenta obtained for implants is only from healthy young mothers who must meet very particular and rigorous screening. The method to obtain the placenta is in accordance with the highest standards, by qualified personnel and supervised by our doctors. The organ donation tests and other tests are performed so that sterility of stem cells is guaranteed. The tissue is tested extensively and is confirmed to be sterile. We use a certified laboratory to perform testing above and beyond what the law requires as with the Good Tissue Manufacturing. These tests include HIV in three modalities; Hepatitis B and C; Toxoplasmosis; Cytomegalovirus; Syphilis; Rubeola.
One of the great advantages at our treatment center is that our doctor has developed a unique methodology where each patient is treated according to their condition presented. Local anesthesia is used and very tiny and precise incisions are made in certain areas, depending on the patient’s health conditions. The sites of implantation are decided at the time of the consultation with our doctor. The powerful placenta stem cell tissue is placed under the skin and closed with one stitch. For the next six months to a year, the tissue is slowly integrated and reabsorbed by the body. The whole procedure takes about 40 minutes. This is an office procedure and should not limit the patient’s daily activities. Many patients take their flights home the same day as their procedure.
Usually the patient starts to notice a difference in how they feel the first night of the stem cell implant. The kidney function is the first area of impact. Then the patient sleeps better the first week. That might be thought of as fatigue, but it has to do with being more relaxed. The skin color improves within a few days; the energy starts to improve after a week; the drive to do things, the stamina, the interest in life, per se increases day by day as the weeks go by.
Many patients return for the PSC implants for increased health and well-being. Our doctors suggest the timing to be at least 6 months apart from one treatment to the next.

Results or benefits of Placental Stem Cell Implants will vary according to the patient’s condition and level of deterioration.
- Is stem cell therapy really effective?
A.The level of e effectiveness is very high, that is why there have been many years of successful practice with thousands of patients from all over the world coming to my clinic for the treatment. The more specific answer to that depends on the patient’s condition and the degree of damage they might have.
The effectiveness in most conditions can me measured in three levels or degrees:
I. – SLOWING DOWN the progression of the condition.
II. – STOPPING the progression of the condition. Technically, the term is to set the disease into REMISSION .
III. – To REVERSE the symptoms or damage the disease has already caused.
Of course we all want to get to level III, where we can actually reverse the symptoms or the damage the condition has produced. That is the level we aim for at our center, although accomplishing any of the levels would be considered a successful treatment.
- Is stem cell therapy legal?
A. The ZandCell Regenerate stem cell therapy treatments we perform are completely legal and no one is harmed throughout the entire process. This is a very sophisticated and unique type of stem cell therapy. In general, stem cell therapy is controversial in many countries, mostly because of the unknown factors about the therapy and varied methods and procedures.
Our stem cell clinics are located in locations where stem cell treatment is legal and health freedom is still respected.
- What does the implant procedure involve?
A. After we have examined and consulted with the patient and we have decided on the best methods for their particular condition, the next step is the actual procedure. The time spent in the clinic for the stem cell process is usually only 2-3 hours.
The implant/injection procedure itself, in the surgery room, takes about 45 minutes and general anesthesia is NOT required. At the site of implantation, local anesthesia is always used.
The patient is completely conscious during the procedure. The placental tissue that is implanted and the stem cells in the injections have been extensively tested and screened for viruses, bacteria and disease prior to implantation. Lab reports are available in the clinics for patients. Only healthy tissue is used in the implants and injections.
These are placed just under the skin with very precise incisions in small areas. The implant is strategically stitched into place and bandaged.
The location of the injections depends of what kind of condition that is being treated. Because of our doctors extensive training, choosing the appropriate location is easily done using skill and knowledge. The injections takes a few minutes to perform.
After that, they remain in the Center for consultation and observation, but are able to immediately return to their daily activities that same day. Some even go shopping around before returning back home.
- What Happens After Transplant?
Depending on the condition of the patients, most patients could return back to work almost immediately once they are discharged.
- How long after the procedure will any results be noticed by the patients?
A.We have had patients telling us they are already feeling better as soon as 30 minutes after the procedure. The effects of one treatment will become apparent within the 6 months to a year after the procedure because the patient’s body will be absorbing and utilizing the energy and power of the stem cells. A more scientific explanation of this can be found on the website.
- WOW! That sounds almost miraculous!
A.Placental Stem Cell Therapy can and has produced astounding positive results for people with many, many different kinds of health problems, but it is not a miracle cure for anything and everything. It has its own place in the world of healing and it is extremely effective, especially for autoimmune type disorders and as an antiaging treatment. Because of the life-promoting nature of the live cells in the implant, patients are given a tremendous, fresh boost in their overall health and well-being. We urge all patients to do their very best to take care of their health after the procedure, as well. Some of our
placental stem cell implant patients have been returning frequently for the past 8 years for the stem cell therapy.
- I am convinced that stem cell therapy can help me, but why should I choose ZandCell for the place to get this kind of treatment?
A.There are many other clinics out there offering some types of stem cell therapy. At our stem cell clinics we believe that our unique method of stem cell therapy is the superior choice for people who are seeking safe, affordable and effective treatment. Here are some of the reasons why:
