Xconomy AstraZeneca disclosed this morning that a combination of two of its immunotherapy drugs, durvalumab (Imfinzi) and tremelimumab, failed to best chemotherapy at keeping patients' lung cancers from spreading, one of the main goals of the Mystic trial.
